Hello guys..i,m back.Again, this is my first image for first tutorial1
Here, I will using blur technique and feather,then do the selection for the image.
I also try to duplicate the image(Starfish) in twice to put inside the skycrappers.
For the second and third starfish i,m using Gausian Blur and the first starfish i,m suing Radial Blur.Next, i'm try to create scan lines using the Halftone Pattern filter & the Overlay Blend Mode,drag scan-line image into other, skew the image on to the side of a building,make selection, fill with black, make layer mask of shadow and reduce opacity.Finally, i put the tv screen on the front of buildings and the top is my result(outcome) for my first tutorial..thats it
